“What if there are lots of other rent to rent companies in my area.
Can I still get started?”
People are worried that the HMO market for tenants is saturated
This question is about there being too much competition from other rent to renters.
So what’s the answer?
Choosing the right area is important.
When you choose the right area there will be other providers (I prefer not to call them competitors).
If you are the only person doing HMO property management, there’s got to be something wrong.
When we started in Newport, people said it’s too late, there’s too much competition, it won’t work.
Don’t listen to the unsuccessful people.
Listen to the people who are doing it.
